I started playing drums at school, way back in 1983 - soon after that I joined a couple of school mates to form a trio that regularly played the pub, club and cabaret circuit in the North of England. That was a good enough grounding for anyone!

Since then, I've played in many bands covering various styles, have been recruited for deps, sessions and tours for some great performers, and earned a reputation for being a versatile, dependable, confident, enthusiastic and acomplished player.

I'm based in Stalybridge near Manchester, England, and available for live and recording sessions and tours locally, nationally or worldwide.

I've been lucky enough to play with numerous bands and artists, both as a full time member and as a 'hired-gun' dep, and I've shared the stage with the likes of Robben Ford, Magnum, Robin Trower, Saxon, Wilko Johnson and more.

With an ability to adapt to a wide range of musical styles, I've performed in touring bands, Corporate Event bands, festivals and in genres covering soul, pop, rock, blues, hard rock, progressive, nu-metal, funk and even brass-band.

Currently, I'm working with;

• Midlands Hard Rock outfit 'Dante Fox' ( www.myspace.com/dantefox ), recording their fourth studio album
• The U.K.'s most authenitic Led Zep tribute 'Led Into Zeppelin' ( www.ledintozeppelin.co.uk ) 
• Recent dep-work with The Dean Casement Trio, Rocking Horse, MacLeod among others

Previous bands have included Turn It Loose, The Samuel C Lees band, Within, PinceR, Into The Fire, Elektra, Grooveworx and more. I have gained a reputation as a dependable Dep player, and have taken the chair for many bands and artists on a casual basis.
